More about the place

So, this place is a "Conservation area." It's historic, don't you know? Here's a couple of links to info. First, a (deleted obsolete link to the 1.36MB pdf file of the) draft character statement about the "Castle Rising" area. If you go to page 6 in the pdf document, and find the words "Castle Rising" in the center of the map, you'll find "Home Farm" immediately above. That's the place.
